What does the "Clean Data" tool keep and remove? was created by Bradley
Had a question concerning the Clean Data in the Tools section of EShop.
At the point now where the site has launched and would like to reset the "Top Hits" data (I took care of the orders made during testing by deleting them manually). It seems like Clean Data would do the trick but wanted to double check, will Clean Data still keep all the products and all the other information that has been set-up or will this be lost too? Was looking at the documentation but I couldn't quite make out if this would be the case.
Thanks.

Hello Bradley,
Clean Data will reset all tables and do a fresh install. You can read more about it here: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system-manage/tools#clean-data-tool
So you can not use it just for resetting hits of products. To reset hits, you can only go to the database to set hits field of #__eshop_products table to 0.
Sincerely, Giang
