Where would I place a comment regarding shipping deadlines (order must be received prior to 1PM EST to ship the same day)?

Ooops. Should have given that detail. It would be nice to place it above or below the shipping options during checkout.

I do that editing shipping plugin and adding the time inside rates values :)

Thanks for the feedback. Didn't think of the simple solutions.

I simply edited the translation entry for USPS, and changed it to "USPS (Orders received by 1PM EST ship the same day)".

Works perfectly.
