Changing the layout of the product page

Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to change the layout of the product page to feature the example part first and the image and order details underneath? I sell videos and can only place the video in the example part. At the moment this is situated underneath all the details and on some screens people are not seeing the video only an image.

Is this something you will be able to do for me as I am not good as CSS and the person who created the site for me has gone. I did follow you link and created an override product folder in the template section, however this is as much as I can do. Willing to pay for your services in modifying this for me.
