Submit button of writing a review does not work

Hello,

I have installed eshop on my localhost Joomla website. Everything is perfect except one thing.

After writing a review and clicking on submit button, the comment will not be sent. In other words, it seems that submit button has no functionality.

Sound like this is an outstanding issue. Please submit a new ticket to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, my site is on localhost, otherwise I could give you super admin access to check it. But one issue:

My Joomla version is 3.5.1 and Eshop version which I use is 1.3.1. Is it possible let me know about any change in code of review file which is compatible with latest version of Joomla? (Maybe, old review file does not work with new Joomla).

Hello Hossein,

The 1.3.1 is very very old version of EShop. Please upgrade it to latest version 2.0.3.
