Hello there,

I am trying to make CSV Import to work but unfortunately it does work as it should...
It has serious issues ...
I have given through detail info though ticket and url and admin pass .....for you to look days now

Because your data is not UTF-8. The biggest problem is creating correct CSV file. Please continue the ticket so our support staff can help!
