PDF generator does not render Russian characters

PDF generator does not render Russian characters was created by Ioulia Pal
This problem seems common. PDF generator doesn't work correctly with UTF8. In the Invoice PDF file, Russian characters are converted into question marks.

Is there any solution to this problem?
