edit reply-email to customer

Hallo, where can I edit the reply-email to customers? Changing the text "Thank you for your interest in ..products..."? How can I integratet pictures?

Hello Michael,

1. You just need to go to EShop -> System -> Messages to edit the emails content as well as add images to them.

2. Currently, Eshop does not support the feature to edit/create new order from the back-end.

It is Extensions -> EShop, then look at menu system in EShop, click on System -> Messages, you will see.
