I just went to your site and check the Add to Cart function, it works properly. What's not working? Please explain more.

Ah, I see. This may be caused by a small conflict with the template that you are using on the site. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check and fix that.
