Thumbnail width problem

Hello, and good day.
I have a problem with the thumbnails, and I am not sure where this is coming from.

I would prefer to have the thumbnails spaced with perhaps a 5px margin, however, somewhere a width of 127px is being generated.

Can you please explain where this is coming from?

I still need to get this formatting sorted. This happens even on any of the default templates that ships with Joomla. I have paid for two extensions and plan on buying more if I can get this sorted.
