I managed to get products into the merchant center by creating a custom CSV file using exports from the EShop component. May be of some use to you.

I've worked with Google Merchant Center before and it was a right PITA. You basically have to create a customised file and the product IDs we had to buy in as the products had none but once done it uploaded a treat and got verified the same day.

It all started with a product export from your component and then from there I created the customised CSV file.

Hope that's of use to others.
