Related products display - can't see them

I am unsure as to what I should see on my product listing if I add some related products when creating the product in the back end.

For example, for this page - www.buy-guitar-parts.com/index.php/guita...re/strat-jack-socket - there shoudl be two related products. However, I cannot see these items nor is there a related items tab. I am obviously missing something so a little nudge in the right direction would be helpful.

Hello Dave,

In the Fashion Pro template, we don't use the related product tab in the products detail page. If you want to show the related products, please use the EShop Product module and choose product type is related product to show related product in the products detail page.

As you know I am full of admiration for your work but I have to say that this is hugely disappointing. Related products is one of the more important aspects of any shop as it creates the opportunity for the buyer to easily see and buy related items without searching. These products should show right below the item being viewed. Even Virtuemart, which isn't anywhere near as good as Eshop, has this feature.

I have tried to find a work around but the Fashion Pro template doesn't seem to provide a useful position other than sidebar which I don't want to use as this is where I have located the Advanced Search.

Any suggestions? To me, the facebook tab is redundant, facebook isn't great for commerce, so this is where the related items should go, right below and associated with the main item.

Thanks for your explanation. I am trying to use the Related Products as you designed it. However, I have a problem. The images associated with the related products are tiny. At this size they are a little pointless. I think it's good to have images but how to make them bigger? I have changed the setting from 150 to 200 as a test but the images are still the same. They look much smaller even than 150 so perhaps there is a problem. See image attached.

I think there is a second problem with Related Products. This time there seems to a white space being created between Related Products and Just Added. This white space has increased in size. I have cleared cache and re-loaded my site but it is still there. See the attached image. Compare this to the image in the previous post which was about the image sise. As you can see , the white space is increasing.
