Probblem in responsive products

My eshop not showing the products in grid responsive.
Has anyone had this problem and know how I can solve?

Products can not stand! The correct would be that they would adapt mobile format.

Compare these two sites in your ceular and see the problem:

www.caixaria.com.br (seems to have carried the bootstrap)
www.lunex.com.br (It's working properly)

For both sites used the same platform and components. I do not understand why it is not working.
