Google conversion code

Hi everyone,
I have a smal question about where to put my "Google conversion code" so I can see directly if someone did press the shop button.
The code is Java script.

If you want to put that code in the completed page of EShop, then you should put it into the file components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/checkout/complete.php

Well, I would like to count the amount of pressing the "shop" button on my site.
This is simply by putting the Java script from google as below into the right php.
The shop button refers to the catagory, should this then be components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/category/default.php?
