Eshop - Invalid verification code was created by Tyrone Souter

Please help me when I process a purchase through Eshop I get an error: Invalid Verification Code. This results in me not being able to complete the purchase process. I have ensured that in the backend Captcha - Custom ReCaptcha and the Captcha - ReCapture is switched on / published. Is there anything else that needs to be switched on?
