Bug on the category page

I am having a bug in one of my mobile category pages, i have a halloween banner in my index, when im on mobile i click on the banner and its show no category image and only 2 products on mobile version, why?
desktop its ok, the problem its only on mobile version.

That because on mobile, we hide the category image. If you still want to have it, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the site information so I can help you to show it on mobile.

Well, i can see all the other category image, except that one wich has a image to identify de category as well, something it is wrong....
