Hi Vina,

Please use English language instead of Vietnamese. You are right, the special tab is for discount price for specific customer groups. The special price is only show if customer belong to the customer groups which have special price. You can also assign the special price for Default customer group, then the special price will be displayed for every customers/visitor.
