Cannot get TAX to show on the shopping cart

I've tried every combination I can think of but I cannot get the tax to show up on the shopping cart.

I've tried enabling/disabling in the configuration, tax is set throughout the products, etc. Still refuses to show.

Can you point me in the right direction please.

If you can still not set up the tax, then please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the site information and tell me how you want to have the tax on your site so I can help you to set it up.
