Account update and order informations

Hi, if a customer update his account adding, for example, his telephone number, in next notifications e-mails I don't see his number if he use an existing address. In backend number is present and visibile, but it seems that is not saved for payment anche shipping address. I see number in e-mail only if he create a new address.

Ho w can I fix this problem?

Hello Jaakob,

Please update EShop on your site to latest version 1.4.1, then create a new user account with telephone number and test all again. It should work normally.

Hi, problem is still present. I create an user and make a purchase, insert only one address for payment and shipping, without telephone and complete checkout. I enter my account and edit my profile to add telephone (in Modify Your Address Book Entries there is not a telephone field so I edit profile). I make a second purchase, select the same address and complete the checkout. In notifications emails for customer and admin telephone number is not present, same in the order confirmation page and order history. If I create a new address same problem.

Have you enabled the telephone fields from Fields Manager at the back-end side of EShop?
