Tracking Showing on Status Change Email

Hello,

I have implemented the SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER on the Status Change Notification Email, but the tracking number is not showing. It only shows [SHIPPING_TRACKING_NUMBER] on the email.

Please see below sample of the email.

Hello,

Your order status is changed from [ORDER_STATUS_FROM] to [ORDER_STATUS_TO].
Order Details
Order ID: [ORDER_ID]
Date Added: [DATE_ADDED]
Payment Method: [PAYMENT_METHOD]
Shipping Method: [SHIPPING_METHOD] Email: [CUSTOMER_EMAIL]
Telephone: [CUSTOMER_TELEPHONE]
Comment
[COMMENT]
Track Your Package
[SHIPPING_TRACKING_NUMBER]
Payment Address Shipping Address
[PAYMENT_ADDRESS]
[PAYMENT_EMAIL]
[PAYMENT_TELEPHONE] [SHIPPING_ADDRESS]
[PRODUCTS_LIST]


Can you please advise on how I can get the [SHIPPING_TRACKING_NUMBER] field to populate with the actual tracking number?

Hello Rachel,

Sound like this is outstanding issue. Normally, [SHIPPING_TRACKING_NUMBER] is replaced by the shipping tracking number that admin enter on the Order detail before saving order.
