Option Pictures Getting Deleted

Hello,

I have uploaded all of the images for the options in our products, but they are not showing when clicked on by the customer.

All of the images uploaded have a unique file name so they are not getting deleted because of duplicates.

Can you please advise on what is happening and why the images I upload are getting deleted?
