In which location / file the translation data stored, so to back it up, or to make changes directly with code?

I'm sorry, I mean the data of text translation.

They are stored in the corresponding language files of component (Example for English: language\en-GB\en-GB.com_eshop.ini). You can go to EShop -> System -> Translation to edit or translate any texts that you want.
