Spices theme not working

can you tell me if there are any problems with the spices theme ? ii have installed it but it's not working and now i get this message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method EshopHtmlHelper::loadCommonLayout() in /home/jigspies/public_html/components/com_eshop/themes/spices/views/frontpage/default_categories.php on line 17

Can you please get back to me urgently - my site is now infected with virus and i can not access administrator - malware in the Spices theme!!! URGENT
