I have this problem too. Any updates in the past year?
I have configured the site to use 'free shipping' plug-in for in-store collection.
The issue is, this option is presented in Step 4 (delivery method).
But the user has already been asked to enter their address in delivery details in step 3. Those details are now redundant!
Step 3 and 4 need to be swapped, with the ability to hide 'delivery details' if in-store pickup is chosen.
Thanks!!

Hello Peter mee,
In the newer versions of EShop, if you go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at "Require Shipping Address", choose No for it.
Then the Step 3 of Delivery Details will be hidden automatically.
Hope that this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang
