I'm getting this error at payments. I've synced all email and I still get this error

Any ideas? Kinda important since I'm not getting payments...

=> Sorry, what extension you are using? Seems Payment Form extension doesn't have that message anywhere. Could you please make a screenshot of that error page so that I can look at it ?
