Newbie Question RE prices

Hi,
I'm new to using CMS & Joomla, even newer to EShop!
I'm trying to get a "was" & "now" price to display using the special price section, but it's not changing on the front screen.
As it's a retail shop for clothing etc, I'd like all customers to be able to see the was/now prices, not just specific customer groups when they log in.

How can I achieve this?

Hello Jodie,

Then you should add special price under Special tab of products and assign it to Default customer group. Then go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Options tab and choose Default as default customer group for your store, then every one will see old and now price on your site.
