Hello Martin,
In EShop, there are 2 ways to display completed checkout page:
1. Custom completed checkout URL: You can create an article for completed checkout page, then enter the URL of this page under Option tab of EShop -> System -> Configuration.
2. If the completed URL is empty, then default completed page of EShop will be used.
In this your case, you should use the first way to be able to edit the completed page by yourself.
Sincerely, Giang

Hello Martin,
1) You can not edit orders of 6 steps.
2) Currently, the categories module only allow to show 2 levels of categories.
Sincerely, Giang

Hello Martin,
1. The first step is for showing checkout options (Guest/Registered User) and log-in form. It can be not disabled.
2. Yes, EShop works with breadcrumbs module of Joomla. If you setup menu items to the EShop page, then the path to product will be display in the breadcrumbs module of Joomla.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi Giang,
Sorry to ask another question so soon but this is an important one. I am also having problems with the page this customer is referring to, problem being once the customer clicks 'confirm order' after the last step the order is generated on my web site (before payment has been made). Is there any way for me to change it so that the order is not generated until after it has been paid for?
Thanks,
Graham

Hello Graham,
I am sorry but this is the way that our system work. Order is created before the payment is made but status is still Pending. Once payment is paid, then the system simply change status to Complete.
Sincerely, Giang
