Show Number products not working in eshop category

buyphotostock.com is the testing site.
on the right module position I have ONE product in the Wheelchairs & Ambulatory Aids category but no (1) is appearing beside the category in the module. If I switch on the SHOW SUB CATEGORY COUNT it does show a (0) but nothing for SHOW PRODUCT NUMBER.
eshop 1.3.4
Joomla 3.3.6

Hello Niccole,
In EShop Category module, the first level of category will show number of child categories in that category, the second level of category will show number of products in tat category.
