Has anyone had any issues with not receiving any e-mail confirmations for customer orders? We have our own e-mail domain through g-mail. Thanks

I have already supported you via ticket system. I tried to add my email to the alert email list and I got the notification email as usual.

Yeah, but if you read my post, it asks if anyone else has had this issue. You just stated that it works with your e-mail which would make sense since it is your product. I do not get any confirmations with ANY e-mail addresses I use.

Hi Giang

I am also experiencing the same issue on a customer website. The order process works fine and customers are able to place orders. The customer receives a notification from the payment gateway but does not receive a notification from the online store to confirm the order. This was working in October 2014 - so I am not sure what has changed. The store owner is also not receiving any emails notifying them of the order that has been placed via the online store.

It may be a problem with your mail server. Please contact with hosting provider to ask them about this issue.
