That is strange. May that there is a problem with your email system or something else? Can you please double check that?

1. i added v=spf1 include:vtiger.com include:vtigermail.com ~all to use a sending email service
2. in joomla configuration, in server tab, i set error report to no

This is related to your email settings system, not related to EShop. Please check and make sure that all of these settings correct.
If your site can send/receive email, then the sending emails function in EShop works as usual.

Yes, you can turn ON/OFF the send notification email there. Make sure that it is turned on to send mail.
