No sending email after order

No sending email after order was created by Andrea Baldoni
Hi, from a week eshop not sends email after new order. No email to customer and no to admin shop. Just sends email when order status is update

That is strange. May that there is a problem with your email system or something else? Can you please double check that?

i checked spam blacklist for my ip 192.232.230.145 and for my domain socialapp-store.com and looks ok.
i don't understand the reason,
i can tell you that in past few days
1. i added v=spf1 include:vtiger.com include:vtigermail.com ~all to use a sending email service
2. in joomla configuration, in server tab, i set error report to no

hi the reason is bout configuration, tab mail. is i set no to sending emil to shop owner, doesn't send email also to customer. makes sense?

Hi again Andrea,
This is related to your email settings system, not related to EShop. Please check and make sure that all of these settings correct.
If your site can send/receive email, then the sending emails function in EShop works as usual.

Yes, you can turn ON/OFF the send notification email there. Make sure that it is turned on to send mail.
