You are using EShop on many your sites of your client. That is no problem but you only get my supports for one site. I can not give you free supports for every website.
If you purchase a new license of EShop for this site, I will help you to fix this outstanding requirement for you.

hi, sorry for delay of my reply, you have right i use eshop for many sites but i ask support always for just one, every time i do modifies on other sites by myself. about company_id i don't know why it's not mandatory, must be required according to the law, if you sell both to individuals to both companies.

anyway, if i buy a new license you will help me to make the change on my old eshop version? tx

Yes, if you purchase new license for this your site, I can help you to do that. Also, if you upgrade EShop to latest version, you can make this company_id field as mandatory via fields configuration of EShop.

i mean please tell me which file i have to modify, for example i started adding <span class="required">*</span> in components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/checkout/payment_address.php near company_id field
