I am about to pruchase this product, it seems to fit what we need for few products.

When someone orders something (under client account), do they see their 1) order status 2) can they re-order from account, 3) view recent orders 4) account profile (change their personal info, address, review)

Also, under shipping, can they choose from dropdown for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL for shipping method? whats supported.

Hello,
Thank you for interesting in our EShop Shopping Cart extension. Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, customer can manage their order history, view order status and any other information related to the order.
2. This feature is not supported by EShop now.
3. Yes, same answer at item 1.
4. Yes, they can change their personal information, manage their addresses.

Also, EShop supports built-in shipping plugins: Flat Shipping, Item Shipping, Free Shipping, Weight Shipping, UPS Shipping and USPS Shipping.

Thank you for your prompt reply, I am looking forward to purchasing Eshop.

I had just a few more questions if possible that is not clear and it would be great if you can help answer.
1) Are we able to get real time shipping rates from UPS, USPS ?
2) Are FedEx, DHL supported or is there a way to add
3) Is shipping to multiple addresses supported from one order?
4) On site tracking from account?
5) Can we set the destination shopping countries to a list?

Regarding other your questions:

1. Yes. After customer enter their shipping address, the shipping options with corresponding prices will be returned from UPS, USPS in real time.
2. We don't have FedEx and DHL shipping plugins now. We have plan to make them in the near future.
3. No, each order only supports one shipping address.
4. Yes, customer can manage their account, order history, address.
5. Yes, EShop allows you to manage countries and show them to customer.
