Hi -

I've just begun using EShop and must admit, I'm a bit of an armature. Since launching the site, I have received two orders however, I am not receiving the new order email. I have two email addresses listed however neither is receiving the new order notification.

Suggestions?

Dear David,
You should turn on notification email in Configuration of EShop. Log-in into back-end side, go to Components->EShop->System->Configuration->Email tab, you should turn it on.
Please try and let me know if it works.
If not, please submit a ticket to EShop category to send me your site information, I will go there to check and help you.
