EShop Cart Clears on Clicking Continue Shopping

One of our EShop sites has recently developed a problem with EShop Cart. After selecting "Add To Cart" on a Product Page there is a problem with the Pop up. If the Buyer selects "Continue Shopping" the Cart is cleared. If the Buyer selects "Update Cart" the item is retained. Any suggestions?
We are using:

• EShop 5.4.1
• Joomla 5.4.5
• PHP 8.3.31

Thank you for submitting the question here. Sounds like this is an outstanding issue. It maybe caused by CSS conflict from the template that you are using on your site.

Maybe it caused by a another third party extension or cache. Can you please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can help you to check?

I am now sure it was a cache issue. (I was logged out without realising and could still see the amount in the shopping cart for a second or so.) Thanks.

sorry, back again. When I used the eshop without logging in first, selected an article, checked the View Cart, clicked on 'Continue Shopping' button, and the shopping cart cleared of the original amount, as I wasn't logged in. When I followed the same procedure when logged in, it didn't happen.  This only happens when using the new Fiona layout.  Does not happen in the Default layout.
