Image failure after update

After updating to Eshop 5.4.0 all category and product images disappeared from our website, including the default image. This is happening on front-end and back-end. No error messages. In place of the images was text showing the category or product name. Fortunately, we had a backup to restore the site.

This was just a small issue when copying images when installing. We fixed it. Please go to our site to re-download the latest EShop package from there and update again to your site, then it will work well.

For me the same problem, the images are in the right folder but eshop doesn't find them anymore. I already reinstalled 5.4.0 but this didn't help. Images are still missing: www.safesecure.nl/shop

Thank you for submitting the topic here. The reason because images are not fully copied to new folder when you updating EShop to version 5.4.0.

Please access to the hosting control panel of your site, then copy whole of following folders:

media/com_eshop/categories/
media/com_eshop/manufacturers/
media/com_eshop/products/
media/com_eshop/labels

to:

images/com_eshop/categories/
images/com_eshop/manufacturers/
images/com_eshop/products/
images/com_eshop/labels

Then the problem will be resolved.

Thank you for your reply. I copied the folders to their new location and now all images are shown as "image coming soon".
