EShop 5.0 Search Problems

Hi Giang,

We have a problem with Eshop 5.0 search function. We are using Joomla 5.4.0 and PHP 8.2.29.

In the administrator interface, search does not work in the Component-Eshop-Products screen. For example, we enter a SKU, the screen flashes and does not change. The product is not found.

In the front end, the search works but the "RESET" button does not.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

We found and fixed the issue with search backend few days ago. So please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site and the error should be gone

For reset button, maybe it causes by old override. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that we can check it
