Help with EShop Import Pro was created by Kevin Morrison
Trying to setup the Excel file but there are 2 missing option fields. There is not one for product category, or for product manufacturer and I have no idea how to setup a cell and what to call it for these two? Also when I try and add images and process the file none of them show up (yes I added the separator, but even for the single image it does not upload either.. The last issue (so far) I am having an issue with is how to setup width and height because if I try and add (") for inch it crashes and there is zero option I can find to change length unit from centimeter to inches, or weight unit from kilogram to pound for that matter. Any advice on how to get these issues figured out would be awesome!

I found the two field options (category_name and manufacturer_name) so I think that is resolved. How do I add images is a big issue I am having. Do I use the "place in cell" option? I did that but it does not seem to work. When I add an image the cell just converts to text and says "picture". I tried to enter the product width and height without worrying about the centimeter default. Problem is when I did that it got the inches option right but it was supposed to be 34inches tall X 24inches wide but after the upload it shows that it is 9.45in x 13.39in. Where did this even come up with those numbers?

Hello Kevin,
I am sorry for a bit delaying in reply to you. Regarding your question:
1. To import product width, length and height, you need to use fields: product_width, product_length and product_height. To specify the unit, you need to use product_length_id which is ID of length and can be found under EShop -> System -> Lengths.
2. To import images, you just need to use field product_image with value is image name.
You can read more about how to import with supported fields here: docs.joomdonation.com/eshop/system-manage/lengths
I hope this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang
