Setup with Pay Offline and PayPal

I've got both plugins enabled in the backend -  Pay Offline is actually labeled as "Pay at the Door".  Can both plugins be active and give the customer the option to make the payment online (PayPal) or opt-out and submit the order and then pay at the door when the products are delivered?  If there anything special I need to do in the backend?

Thank you for submitting the question here. Yes, you can setup and enable both of Offline payment plugin and Online Payment plugin (PayPal) to allow customers to select 1 in 2 payment options when checkout the order.

For the PayPal, you just need to enter your PayPal email to receive the money for order. That's most important.
