Layout Question on Products List Page

Instead of the products in rows, is it possible for them to be gridded? Example: 4 scross and depending on numbers of products to display per page. 

What would I need to change? 

Also, will you be offering ESHop templates (not Joomla, specific ESHop templates) in the future to install like the payment plugins.
