I think I'm finally done with Eshop

I've been a subscriber for 10 years and have been patient. I've had most issues resolved, but the one that keeps sticking is costing me business revenue. No one has resolved this issue of orders not completing and remaining in limbo. I've had to contact the customer to complete the orders over the phone or they aren't interested in completing due to this glitch. it's been 10 years. My average transaction is $400. Multiply that by 391 pending and it's a crazy amount of money. Over $150000 US dollars. I've also had issues with simple Joomla updates after I paid you to update everything from v3 to 4. I've always had it crash my page after updating and I've had to recover from a back up. I don't see any support answers here anymore and that's concerning.

Unfortunately,  I'm done with this product which is a shame because I have to implement a whole new website due to the failing Joomla updates and failing transactions.
