I hope you are okay and keeping well.
Our shop has stopped working correctly as some great custom work you did for me has stopped working recently.
It is for the URL download link on each product and we cannot add new products into the shop and sell them without the link.
I have created a support ticket a few days ago but you haven't replied yet and I hoped all is well.
Please could you look at this for me when you get chance as it is a busy time of year for our shop and the MP4 download link is really important to us.
