Orders missing from database

Orders missing from database was created by La Ree
Can anyone tell me how this can happen?
From a shopping cart, I had several orders come in... emails show the order was sent.
But when I look in the database, I can see the orders ---in this example orders 312 and 313
FILES ARE ATTACHED that show...
Received order (s)
313 example - received email for ordering
order 313 missing from site admin
In DATABASE
Can see the order but no orderproducts
I just need to know how this might happen.
