ERROR WHEN USING COUPON

I have issues with Coupons .... I have created support ticket for at least 5 days with no any kind of response from any side of Joomdonation ... Is joomdonation supoprt active and helping people ..?
I have been waiting for 5 days now ...it is an rather urgent issue. I am have doing patience for some days with no any response and help....
