does cart abandonment require joomla account? was created by Chad C
We currently do not have our customers create an account on our site.  Can we still use the cart abandonment plugin if they fill out the checkout form but then never complete payment?  

We noticed a number of Pending paypal transactions in our orders list and want to try to get them back.

Hello Chad,

Thank you for submitting the question here. The abandon cart feature requires user to login. If not, the system does not know who to check and apply the abandon cart data to.
