VAT visible only in checkout

Hello friends,

I have a problem make price including VAT visible on my webshop. Whatever I turn on in settings consideroing VAT, I still get the price without VAT included. I've create tax classes and Tax rates...everything which should be necessary to see prices including VAT, but without success.

And another thing, is it possible to make prices be without VAT in article page, and to make VAT value and price including VAT be visible only in checkout proces and in order confirmation e-mail?
