Calculate Shipping Based on Number Of Items In Cart was created by What No Website
Is it possible to calculate shipping based on number of items in the cart?

Ideal scenario would be this:

5 items for collection in store - Shipping price= A
10 items for collection in store - Shipping price= B
5 items for delivery - Shipping price= X
10 items for delivery - Shipping price = Y
