postage options

been reading the docs but not clear on how to go about setting up options for UK 1st and 2nd class post when using weight based shippping for example

As an example lets say I wanted to set up UK 2nd class post for a large letter (353mm x 250mm x 25mm) weight between 100-250grams at 75pence and the same for 1st class post at £1.20
There's lots of othere sizes ad weights to do but if I had an example of that I think I could manage the rest..

Currently, we don't have a shipping plugin to set the shipping cost based on dimensions (length x width x height) of the products. We only have Weight Shipping plugin to set the different shipping costs based on total weight of products in the cart.
