First Class shipping option not working

EShop shipping plug in is not bringing up first class or the new Advantage ground shipping option for the United States Postal Service (USPS) when checking out on my site. The USPS recently changed their service.  I submitted a ticket over 5 weeks ago without a fix. Is anyone else having this issue.Is there any advise on a fix.

Its been over 4 months now and the shipping program's first class option still does not work. I have requested help in the ticket system but no reply as to why it is not working or any mention of any progress made on a fix. Will this USPS first class shipping option ever work or is this shopping cart no longer supported for shops based in the US? Are you still working on this shopping cart fix or have you given up?
