Include TAX on Invoice

Is it possible to set a tax rate and have this included in the price.

For example, if the sale price of an item is 40€ and the tax rate is 7% then the price on the website shows 40€ but on the invoice it shows:
Total Price: 38.37
Tax: 2.62 (7%)
Total Paid: 40€

I have set a tax rate and geo zone but can't see this on the invoice.
