Option for guest or register, in the checkout area, does not work on mobile phon

when I want to place an order using a smartphone, I can't choose between "Register account" and "Guest" in the checkout area. The two radio points cannot be selected. Is that correct or is that a mistake. It works in the browser on the PC. Just not on the phone!!
