Problem with Breadcrumbs was created by Travis Risner
I've noticed that I seem to have a problem related to Breadcrumbs when multiple child categories of the same name (but completely different categories) under 2 different parents. I've attached a couple of screenshots that show the front end vs the back end. On the front end example, I've navigated to truck accessories -> light bars.

Did You try to change the name of the subcategories? maybe the problem is related to the identical name? — Just test if it work.
Personally I will try “Trucks Light bars” and it will be more precise for SEO

I did run a test and it looks like changing the alias seems to work. I'm not completely sure I can do this yet as I'm running a custom integration with Skubana for categories/product syncing, but I do know setting a unique alias does resolve the problem

I will wait for an more advance from the dev.
Maybe you can modified a bit Scubana categories to fix the problem at the source.
